Compact line for fruit puree


The processing line of creams and fruit purees has been designed with a compact concept to installation, fully optimizing meters factory busy.
Composed by:

  • Elevator reception.
  • Cooker.
  • Pulpers extractors.
  • Storage tank with pump.
  • Pots for cooking or heating.

Line produces fruit creams such as peach, apricot, pear, apple, strawberry. It also allows to process vegetables creams and sauces.
Centralized control panel with touch screen, from which the operator can control the line each of the process parameters.
